About me
Alana Morris has been leading literacy in Texas and abroad for 36 years and has taught all levels from elementary through high school. She is currently the Coordinator of High School Humanities in Spring Branch ISD and teaches in the Education Dept. at the University of Houston. She is the Past President of the Texas Council of Teachers of English Language Arts, the North Harris County Council of Teachers of English, and C.R.E.S.T. (the Coalition of Reading and English Supervisors of Texas). She has published numerous articles focused on teaching and learning.
