About me
Cecelia Boswell is an educator, consultant, and author. She taught migrant and gifted
students, was Advanced Academics Consultant and Executive Director of Advanced
Academics in an urban school where she created a middle school gifted academy. She
led research projects, professional learning and evaluations for TEA and International
Baccalaureate. Cecelia has served as President of Texas Association for Gifted and
Talented and the Council for Exceptional Children-TAG. She was Texas State Gifted
Administrator of the Year. Cecelia is the co-author/editor of six gifted education books.
