About me
Dr. Martinez is a passionate educator and leader who believes in building relationships and capacity within other educators to provide access and opportunities for college and career readiness for all scholars. She has been an educator for 14 years with most of her experience in San Antonio Independent School District. A middle school counselor for seven years Dr. Martinez has been the District AVID Coordinator for the last eight years. I graduated in December of 2021 with my Ph.D. in Education - School Improvement.
