About me
Debi K. Torres is a doctoral student in the Educational Psychology Gifted and Talented Program at Baylor University. Debi was as a former GT teacher and gifted education coordinator for the Austin ISD. She has presented at state and national gifted education and educational research conferences and was honored as the 2022 TAGT GT Administrator of the Gifted. Debi’s research areas are equity and access, professional learning, and parent outreach.
