About me
Jan Martinez teaches 6th-8th grade Humanities at Odyssey Academy in SE Texas. She earned a BS in Sociology from Texas A&M and a ME in Curriculum and Instruction from UT at Arlington. In her 25 years of teaching middle school students in large public and small charter schools, she helped foster a creative and collaborative community of learners, ALT to GT and every label in between, through blended and project-based learning.
