About me
Joyce E. Kyle Miller, holds the doctorate in Supervision, Curriculum and Instruction and has completed post-doctoral education in Gifted Education at the University of North Texas and the University of Connecticut-Storrs. Dr. Miller developed the gifted and talented graduate program at A & M Commerce, advises and teaches graduate students and conducts professional development in gifted education and cultural diversity. She has served as a Texas Association for Gifted and Talented (TAGT) Board member and officer and has served as an elected USA delegate to the World Council for the Gifted and Talented
