Steven is a Communications Strategist at Johnson Space Center in Houston. His work supports educators, inspiring the next generation from historically disenfranchised groups and helping create culturally responsive lessons that engage students previously left out of the work of NASA. He holds degrees from the University of Washington, Georgia College and State University, Macon State College, and BYU, and is pursuing a doctoral degree. Prior to NASA, Steven worked in K-12 education for 20 years.
